Multiple Giant Peritonial Hydatidosis

We present a 60 year old female presenting with mass per abdomen which on investigations was proved to be multiple peritoneal hydatid cysts. She was subsequently operated and on laparotomy giant hydatid cysts filling the entire peritoneal cavity were found and removed. patient doing well post operatively.
