Abstract
Traumatizing elements of orthodontic appliances can cause patients' discomfort and pain. We examined 447 medical cases where brace systems, which are made of various materials, were used during treatment. A relationship between variations of morphological forms of complications and types of used braces was revealed. Key words: braces, oral mucosa, ulcers, erosions.
