The criterion of communicative and discursive skills relates to the ability of utilizing acquired background knowledge in practice. Their display levels are defined as high, medium and low. High level is characterized by possessing the knowledge about the essence, content and structure of communicative and discursive culture; communication skills, background knowledge and abilities formed on their basis. Communicative and discursive culture becomes a persistent feature of a person at the high level of development, based on favorable natural potential, needs, motivation for career growth, self-development and self-improvement. Medium level is characterized by the desire to comprehend more than expressed in spoken words; clear and correct understanding of the content of communicative and discursive culture; friendly style of communication both with colleagues and people who cross the border. Low level is connected with difficulty in establishing contact with travellers, inability to understand communicative and discursive culture, absence of communicative and discursive culture skills and autocratic style of communication.
