PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY AS THE FUTURE TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL QUALITY

Abstract
The problem of professional mobility formation has been considered according to the scheme: mobility - mobility types - professional mobility - professional mobility of teachers. Mobility is an integrative quality of personality that combines well-formed existing internal need for professional mobility, skills and knowledge of professional mobility fundamental principles. The types of mobility are divided into: academic, eco, cultural, professional, social, territorial, labour. We pay our attention to the professional mobility and its characteristics, in particular. The process of professional mobility formation depends upon several factors, the most important among which are as follows: the influence of social and economical crises on the future teacher's formation; modernization of the system of higher education; implementation of advanced information technologies; availability of stock of knowledge; clear understanding of their professional duties. Mobility in pedagogical sphere - is a special quality of personality, that is formed in the process of training and education, and has the most important impact on the future specialist's professionalism. Professional mobility is the ability to change the type of work quickly, concentrate the attention on the other activity caused by the changes in production engineering and technology. It is revealed in the possession of the generalized system of professional work methods and application of them for successful performance of any task at the related to the technology production areas. One of the factors that affect professional mobility is the attitude of different specialties workers to it. Classification of workers by their attitude to the mobility of the following groups is the following: actually mobile; potentially mobile; actually stable; potentially stable. On the internal labour market mobility represents itself as the factor improving the efficiency of collective labour potential able to meet the needs of the school, which should be taken into account during the teachers' training process. The classification of professional mobility, including: horizontal mobility as an equivalent to the transition without changing social status, such as the transition to a similar position within the same or another enterprise; vertical mobility as the increasing or decreasing social status; downward mobility characterized by the loss of certain social or professional status has been considered. The peculiarities of professional mobility of teachers include: individual activity, which is expressed in the personality's transformation and reality; personality's adaptability; personality's creativity; competence.
