THE ROLE OF TELECOMMUNICATION PROJECTS IN PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF SENIOR PUPILS

Abstract
The need to improve the quality of Patriotic education of high school students in extracurricular activities due to objective socially significant factors associated with changes in ideological and axiological values in society, which are reflected in the requirements to the content of education. The implementation of these activities involves the ability of a young person to navigate in the information space, get information and operate it in accordance with their own needs and the requirements of modern high-tech society. On the pages of pedagogical press presents a diverse experience of pedagogical workers of various specialties on the use of ICT in teaching school subjects and in educational process. Therefore, the article describes progressive scientific ideas and creative achievements of modern of practicing teachers on the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process, which became the heritage of modern pedagogical practice is the empirical material that contributes to progress of scientific thought. The author of the article summarized the views of scientists on the concept of “telecommunications project”, as well as the classification of telecommunication projects from the point of view of the dominant activity of students served and the approximate structure of the technology. In the article the attention is focused on the description of the educational potential of telecommunications projects as an effective means of Patriotic education of pupils of the senior classes is given; practical experience of pedagogical workers of various specialties on the use of ICT in teaching school subjects and in educational process; provides informational resources on the Internet that you can use in the design and implementation of the model of Patriotic directional information educational space. As a result, the author highlighted the variety of situations of communication that are created in a virtual information environment that provides the opportunity for each user to maximize and develop their personal qualities. Consequently, the use of the educational potential of telecommunication projects allows you to create a new model of informatization of educational system, centered on the student, in the basis of educational activities – cooperation and co-creation, and the essence of technology is to enhance the role of students in the educational process, development of abilities for self-improvement in the context of Patriotic education.
