PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF CULTURE OF FOREIGN PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION OF ENGINEERS-TO-BE

Abstract

In the article the problem of forming the culture of foreign professional communication of engineers-to-be has been considered in a close interconnection with the issue of their professional training. The system of principles has been defined and characterized that underlie the formation of foreign culture and professional communication and in which in the process of forming the culture of foreign professional communication is provided the effectiveness of the formation of cultural components of foreign professional communication of future specialists in engineering branch: the principle of personalization; the principle of teaching oriented on self-development; the principle of active role; the principle of module studying; the principle of dialogue communication; the principle of professional communication; the principle of knowledge integration; the principle of possible problems and the principle of activity studying. The principle of personalization provides the correspondence between the orientation of the individual on the interaction, in mastering the ethics of business relationships that is defined by the set of individual and professional-typological features. The principle of teaching oriented on self-development provides the formation of components of professional foreign language competence within the concepts of "subject", "freedom of choice", "development", "self-development", "uniqueness" and so on. The principle of active role of the student reflects the psychological pattern of studying, dependence of the effectiveness of studying on the activity and initiative of students. The principle of module studying aims to conduct training, using all kinds of educational activities. The principle of dialogue communication is focused on the application of interactive methods of teaching in the learning process. The principle of professional communication, in the training of specialists under conditions of higher educational establishment – involves professionally-oriented content of the process of studying. The principle of knowledge integration is unification of knowledge that belongs to different sign systems, to achieve the goal, namely, the formation of culture of foreign professional communication. The principle of possible problems plays an important role in promoting of teaching and learning activities of students, activation of cognitive, professionally-oriented motives. The principle of activity studying is the projection of the principle of unity of mind and activity on the plane of teaching and learning process.
