THEORETICAL BASICS OF USING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES WITHIN TEACHING MATHEMATICS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Abstract
The paper argued the importance of mathematics education innovatization of elementary school students. The study of mathematics at elementary school forms students' culture of thinking, promotes cognitive personality traits, qualities of thought. Studying mathematics provides such personal qualities as students' desire for truth, perseverance, ability to concentrate, critical thinking, and others. In the process of teaching mathematics not only intelligence, but also the character, moral and aesthetic personality, memory, language, imagination, emotions develop. One of the main reasons for the decline of intellectual capacity is usage of outdated technologies of teaching mathematics, partially, at elementary school, and the leveling aspects of modern pedagogy and innovatization of education. At the present stage of development of the educational sector at the elementary school, the goal is to create favorable conditions for development and self-development of the individual student, to ensure his cognitive tools necessary for effective functioning in society. Researchers include reform and modernization into update processes of mathematics education. They relate to the need to ensure the livelihoods of mathematics education, fundamental mathematical training, formation of mathematical thinking style, efficiency application of mathematical knowledge in a wide range of mathematical problems of theoretical and applied content, ranging from elementary school and through the use of innovative technologies of teaching mathematics. Modernization keys elementary school teacher to mathematics education organization for the new paradigm, continuity mathematical development of students, formation of mathematical culture of elementary school students. The reform also relates to the formalization of mathematics education, prevalence of technological improvements (usage of innovative technologies) of mathematical education. In the process of logical and systematic analysis of the results of research of modern scientists it is determined that their preferred direction was the embodiment of the content of teaching ideas of humanization and humanitarization, harmonization of the scope and complexity of content with age-capacity of elementary school children, designing their personal development, which can be viewed as individual milestones of innovatization of learning mathematics at elementary school. As a result of scientific research scientists developed the concept of educational content with key positions of innovatization that became the theoretical basis for using innovative technologies of teaching mathematics at elementary school.
