PECULIARITIES OF HEALTH SAVING TECHNOLOGIES USAGE WITHIN TRAINING OF DOCTORS-TO-BE

Abstract
The concepts of «technology» «pedagogical technology» «health saving technology» are defined in the article. The effectiveness usage of technology of physical education classes in the out of doors is analyzed. To improve the health of doctors-to-be it is advisable to spend significant part of physical education classes outdoors. As the practice says classes at the open green space and scenic landscapes contribute to the emotional tone and hardening of the body, strengthen health and realize the need for doctors-to be in communion with nature. Physical education classes (as well as other forms of physical training) are often called health classes; when they take place in the out-of-doors their revitalizing action increases several fold. The feasibility of physical education classes in the out-of-doors is that: the knowledge and skills gained in these exercises can be used successfully in various spheres of life; they provide comprehensive and harmonious development of personality based on the complex challenges of physical, environmental, valeological, aesthetic and moral education; these classes provide the opportunity to integrated combination of exercise, and natural forces as hygiene factors of physical education. In addition, we applied the technology of emotional support of doctors-to-be (through the usage of music in the classroom for physical education). Special physiological studies have found positive effects of music on the nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, immune and other systems of the human body. Practice has proved that by influencing the physiological processes of the human body, the music enhances the amplitude of breath, pulmonary ventilation, emotional tone, improves performance, causing reactions associated with changes in the circulatory system and respiratory system, accelerates the process of learning motor actions and more. Exercising with music formed doctors'-to-be sense of rhythm, beat, size, pitch and shapes of musical compositions. The implementation of defined health saving technologies into physical education of doctors-to-be helped to shape their health culture. The indicators of this process were: a significant rise of the emotional state of doctors-to-be, more conscientious performance of physical exercise, increasing of their physical activity, development of a sense of beauty and aesthetics, the formation of interdisciplinary integration links.
