MODERN EDUCATIONAL WEB-SITES AS MEANS OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SELF-REALIZATION OF A TEACHER OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract
The problem of professional and pedagogical self-realization of teaching community is of particular relevance in the implementation of education, particularly of postgraduate education, new information technologies, leading to the changing role of the teacher in the educational process. As both practice and professional experience in the field of postgraduate education show classical learning methods are not always cost-effective, because it is being replaced by more advanced electronic systems that facilitate the implementation of productive professional work of postgraduate teacher education. It has been found that among modern information technologies play a prominent role in modern educational web sites as components of the Internet space. The analysis of scientific literature allowed to distinguish types of educational web-sites and briefly describe them. The semantic and technical content of the website Cherkassy Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education has been abalized, which was established to active introduction of ICT in the practice of educational and networking as a tool for all participants in the educational process. The heading online distance learning has been anlized, which allows teachers to exercise training area in the region between courses in the form of online lectures and webinars provide online consultations on topical issues of psychological and pedagogical direction; a site-catalog collections of digital educational resources as information gathering digital resources, including visual and thematic collections, integrated unified system resource description and only search engine. The attention has been drawn to the appearance and operation of virtual educational communities at the regional level that have many characteristics and forms, and differ in their objectives, methods, objectives, programs, audience. Found that in the modern information space, there are many types and forms of virtual educational communities created directly by teachers practitioners, united by a common goal and interest, subject teaching union, the union of primary school teachers, union leaders and cool daycare teachers, school of advanced teaching experience and professional skills development, educational studies, educational laboratories, departments, teaching unions and associations. A variety of educational web-sites enables productive of professional and pedagogical self-realization lecturer of postgraduate education.
