PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF SELF-COGNITION OF A PHYSICAL CULTURE SPECIALIST IN THE PROCESS OF STUDYING AT A HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

Two groups of pedagogical conditions of formation of self-cognition of future physical culture specialists have been defined in the article: organizationally-pedagogical and personality-oriented. To the organizationally-pedagogical conditions belong: – Targeting of students to the value treatment to the personality formation; – Targeting of students to the productive interaction between a teacher and a student; – Stages and sequence of formation of readiness for self-knowledge. – Regular consultations with the aim to establish informative basis for the acquiring of professionally important values of self-cognition in the process of physical training. – Targeting of students to the long-term programme of self-cognition. To the personality-oriented conditions belong: – Determination of vector of self-cognition in the process of physical training taking into account of professionally important personal values. – Providing students with necessary techniques on self-assessment of physical and mental condition. – Free choice by students of a type of physical activity, age-appropriate, level of physical fitness appropriate, health and labour performance appropriate. – Reaching by students of personal and significant results of physical self-perfection; expanding and enriching of personal experience. Also the authors have work out the structural-functional model of formation of readiness of future physical culture specialists to self-cognition, that includes: sweep self-knowledge, objects of self-cognition, methodological approaches, five interdependent components and model of criteria: motivational-valued, cognitive, active, estimate-correcting and converting-creative. Firmness of structural components of self-cognition in the process of physical preparation is determined by their connection with the functions of self-knowledge, namely: informative, estimating, regulatory, valued. In a model the levels of readiness to self-cognition and factors are similarly represented: valued-semantic, humanizing of educational environment, factor of professionally-pedagogical orientation and factor of social maturity, and also features that include self-cognition, self-education, self-regulation, self-government, self-evaluation and self-determination of readiness to self-knowledge of physical culture specialist in the process of studies.
