COOPERATION OF FAMILY AND PRESCHOOL INSTITUTIONS IN CHILDREN UPBRINGING

Abstract
Full up-bringing of children occurs in a close collaboration of a family and preschool institution. As you know, the family is the first and most important institution of socialization of a child. But since most parents are forced to engage in "search for" livelihood, children spend a lot of time (nine-ten hours a day) in kindergartens. In fact, their education engages teachers according to specially developed programmes. But the influence of family education on the formation of personality of a child plays a significant role. The issue of cooperation of educators and parents is currently relevant to many scientists. The complexity of modern educational problems and the inability to find the right solutions lead to numerous parental mistakes. Their causes lie in an inability of parents to self-criticism, lack of knowledge, skills and abilities to care and educate, communicate with children of different age; misunderstanding that it is the family and the fellowship in it, which is not only a kind of background of all life, but also the leading means of raising children,all of the are the most important factors of identity formation. The main objectives and approximate contents of cooperation of preschools with parents are outlined in the annual plan of the head and seniour teacher. Working with family is challenging, in both organizational and psychological and pedagogical plan. Therefore, psycho-pedagogical education of parents carried out by the preschool institution has the focus. The specifics of the caregiver with the family is dictated primarily by psycho-physiological features of children of this age: the protection of life, health of the baby, creating the conditions for proper physical development. First of all, you need to establish a special form of communication, which is called "confidence-business contact". Parents are active and responsibile if the relationship with teachers is based on openness, trust, cooperation, interaction. A modern kindergarten assists the prosperity of a family and in some ways replaces the family for the problematic child. Consistently coordinated interaction between educators, experts, administration is the key to effective interaction with family, work support system, balance of teacher education with parents, rights and legal interests of the child. In establishing contact with parents role of teaching staff. But at the same time parents should be active and promote positive relationships with teachers too.
