Abstract

The article deals with simulation technology and its role in the educational process of innovative medical students opportunities to use simulators in medicine to gain practical experience of future specialists and experienced medical staff overestimated. Training of specialists is carried out using modern simulators patient simulators and computer programs. In special simulation centers are different scenarios, taking into account the characteristics and learning objectives. They gain knowledge and improve their skills physicians, surgeons, trauma, and other medical specialties and auxiliary medical personnel. The new technology can be safely and inexpensively get this type of diagnostic skills as flexible endoscopy, or new methods of surgery, a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Despite the large number of publications on the use of simulators, not paid enough attention to the consideration of this issue in the context of innovative education. Components of innovative educational simulator and features educational environment of higher medical institution. It is proved that the active development and introduction of new technologies in the educational process can not only qualitatively assess the level of knowledge, but also make the simulation main stages of the treatment process. Ensuring the appropriate level of training process of highly skilled experts based on the latest science and technology to meet the needs of the state, bringing the quality of training of medical staff needs attention prydelennyu innovation in the educational environment. One side of innovation development of medical educational institution is quality training that is reduced to a simple combination of skills, focused on solving real problems of practical treatment. Innovation advantages of using simulation technology in the educational process are: improving the quality of teaching; reducing the need for training manuals on paper; reduce the cost of organizing and conducting training sessions; BIST acquired knowledge and skills. In solving problems in complex simulation occurs immersion in reality that helps to stimulate creative thinking and talent future doctor. This accelerated achieve the desired learning outcomes, developing a systematic approach to problem solving, there is a practical working studied theoretical knowledge. It is concluded that the design of clinical situations significantly increases the level of education of health workers and allows you to choose the appropriate type of equipment, methods of analysis to determine the correct action and play realistic work area.
