THE USE OF GAME METHODS OF TRAINING IN TEACHING MATHEMATICAL DISCIPLINES TO FUTURE MANAGERS

Abstract

The article considers the problems of teaching mathematical subjects for future managers, investigated the desirability and feasibility of the use of game methods of training. The concepts games, educational games and business games. Highlight the main provisions that constitute the methodological basis of business games in the educational process. The author considers the conditions under which the use of gaming techniques in the classroom for mathematical disciplines is possible. It has been determined that gaming sessions and address the issues of education and training of future managers already in the first courses. Increases interest in their chosen profession. Among them, such as: the formation of skills of independent work, creative thinking, develop skills of research work. Mathematics for managers are very important, since the task Manager is to understand and to advise the head of certain mathematical methods, which can be effectively applied to solve specific economic problems or issues. While the Manager should give their assessment about the complexity and labor intensity of these tasks for further payment to performers - professional skilled mathematicians. Equally important is the ability of the Manager to check with the help of mathematical methods of management decisions of a responsible person in their economic aspect. We have developed and implemented in the educational process of the business game "Manager", "Firm" and "the Carrier" on discipline "Higher and applied mathematics", from sections of linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical programming (transportation problem), respectively. In these sessions, students get acquainted with the specifics of future professional activity, the structure of the enterprise. The features of teaching mathematical disciplines to future managers. Indicated that the use of gaming techniques, in particular business games at the classes on mathematical disciplines contributes to the formation of professionally important qualities of future professionals, promotes the level of their fundamental training. Thus, the quality of basic training of future managers in higher education largely depends on methodical ways of its implementation. The use of game activities in the educational process of higher educational institutions is important and effective means of improving the quality of training, the development of students ' creative thinking, adaptation to industrial relations
