OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF COMPETENCE IN THE FIELD «NATURE» OF FUTURE EDUCATORS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of formation of competence in the field of «Nature» of future specialist pre-school education in the process of professional training in high school. An essential component of the training of future teachers of preschool educational institutions is a competence in the field «Nature» that helps to know and understand the relationships in the environment, to set life direction, to form the actual vision of human's place in nature, intensify a need for self-education and self-improvement, and therefore, promotes the professional growth of future professionals, the formation of general professional competence, ecological thinking, value attitude to nature. In conditions of content updates Natural Science education, of great importance is the introduction of new technologies of competency approach teaching Natural Science, which contributes to the formation of personal and professional qualities of future teachers, ability for learning throughout life. The effectiveness of the process of formation Natural Science competence depends on how its objectives, contents, forms and methods corresponding settings, needs, interests and value orientation of future teachers. It gives priority to competence approach in teaching natural science future teachers of preschool educational institutions in higher education. One of the fundamental problems of realization of the competence approach in a form of higher education is the selection of forms, methods, and techniques to learn. Forms of an organization of studying are the expression of coordinated activities of teachers and students which performed in the established order and a certain mode. They have social conditionality that regulates the shared activity of participants of an educational process, determining the ratio of individual and collective training, a level of activity in the cognitive activity of students and guiding of its development by a teacher. Foremost among the methods of teaching should take those which provide the development of a creative potential of personality, teaching future specialist independently acquire knowledge, intensify the studying process and provide for its close relationship with practice. Appropriate forms and methods for the preparation of future educators of pre-school educational institutions are discussion, analysis of pedagogical situations, business and role games, quizzes, creative projects and research activities in nature. The article deals with the problem of optimizing the educational process in the selection of forms, methods and techniques of training of natural science education students of the university, which will contribute to the solution of educational and professional problems, the formation of interest and emotional-valuable attitude to the natural environment, educational and professional activities, and therefore the capacity for professional fulfillment.
