Processing accuracy control at the stage of CNC machines setting up for a program operation

Abstract
The presented calculation of the parameters of shaping accuracy control makes it possible to form tool movement trajectories using the algorithms of adjustment, as early as at the stage of technological adjustment of the CNC machine operation. This opens up the possibility of wider use of internal algorithms of modern CNC machines, not only as programmers of displacement trajectories, but of correcting values as well based on experimental or analytical coefficients in mathematical models developed by the user, that take into account the vector values of the corrections for static and dynamic operating modes of the machine. Such an approach meets the requirements as to obtaining a scientifically based concept of the transition from setup to the final surface treatment by means of «trial moves and measurements» to the method of «debugging in advance» of machine tools with programmed control.
