MEDICO-SOCIAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF MEDICAL CARE IN COSMETOLOGY

In this article, the current state of social and economic development of society and need of modernization of system of rendering the cosmetology help to the population is defined. In this regard, determination of health, an image and quality of life, satisfaction with living conditions as basic elements of level of comfort are surveyed. Questions of a tendency to aging of population and need of use of scientific knowledge and technological achievements for fight against aging implications are studied. The article deals with the regulatory and legal regulation of the provision of cosmetological care to the population of the Russian Federation, in organizations of state and other types of property. The necessary additions of organizational character providing improvement of rendering this help namely – need of development and deployment of an accurate regulation of this type of procedures, improvement of registration and reporting documentation are noted. Taking into account international experience, need of development and deployment scientifically based the systems of objective assessment of quality of the rendered cosmetology help and its standardization and criteria of activity of the profile medical organizations is been shown with positions organizational and methodical. Three main directions of work on ensuring quality of a medical care are allocated (according to A. Donabediani): improvement and interrelation of structure, process and result. The article describes the components of medical care in the field of "cosmetology", which include not only diagnosis and correction of pathological and physiological changes in the skin of a person, but also informing the population about issues related to preventing skin diseases, preventing premature aging and involuntary skin degradation, its appendages, subcutaneous fat and muscular apparatus. Also in article ideas of a clinical way(an individual route) of the patient are given, his principles and the subsequent opportunities are defined. Need of use of such way when rendering the cosmetology help is shown. The question of expediency of informatization in a cosmetology and the organization of the cosmetology help taking into account a social and economic situation in the country and need of the population is also considered.
