Abstract
The paper describes 3 cases of gallstone ileus. Epidemiological, morphological and clinical features of the disease were studied. In two cases, the cause of the migration of bile calculi into the intestine was cholecystoduodenal fistula and in one case – cholecystojejunal fistula in combination with cholecystocholedochal fistula. A detailed analysis revealed variability in the clinical course of this pathology. The informativity of the diagnostic methods was studied. In all cases, different surgical treatment was required. The intraoperative complication that arose in one of the cases necessitated additional operative intervention.
