SPECIFIC FEATURES OF CONTROL ORGANIZATION IN MODERN LEARNING CONDITIONS

Abstract

Introduction An important task of education in Ukraine is the preparation of an educated, creative, competitive personality. Reforming higher education involves a radical change in the approaches to organization of training in higher education institutions. The changes taking place in society and the education system show that Ukraine is implementing a global educational reform. The implementation of a new educational reform takes place at the State University of Telecommunications. In accordance with the new curricula of all specialties, the number of hours assigned to study of the discipline "Higher Mathematics" changed. In our article, we will consider in detail the system of organization of control measures for the specialty "computer engineering", because for this specialty there have been significant changes. Namely: the number of lecture hours has been reduced to 93%, and the number of practical classes has been doubled. Purpose: to offer a system for organizing control over the discipline "Higher Mathematics", which would increase the motivation of students to study and ensure the objectivity of the evaluation. Methods: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of research, content of educational programs in higher mathematics, generalization and systematization of the obtained theoretical data; pedagogical observation, conversations with teachers and students, analysis of student control works, exam results. Results. The changes that have occurred in the curriculum are analyzed. The system of control organization functioning in our university in the conditions of new curricula is offered. The main forms of organization of control measures are presented. Originality. The rationality of the organization of a system of control measures in the conditions of use of information and communication technologies of students of technical specialties. Conclusion. The main condition for the organization of effective control of academic achievements in the process of studying the discipline "Higher Mathematics" is the systematic control, when there is the study of each section, each topic ends with control tasks, and oral questioning, writing, test tasks combined with graphical and practical testing, purposefully and appropriately. used in the formation of self-control students. The use of the Moodle system for organizing knowledge control provides an opportunity to improve the quality of control through new opportunities, types of control, which assesses the diverse activities of students, its various aspects. Reusing the developed tools and automatically checking out the test results greatly saves the teacher's time. Acquiring new skills, skills and expanding student experience with educational software, etc.
