PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMING ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

Introduction. The engine of economic reforms in a market system is the development of entrepreneurship. That's why modern Ukrainian school should be focused on the training of young people with entrepreneurial qualities, abilities and skills. The future teacher himself should be enterprising, active and responsible, have knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship to educate these qualities in others. Purpose. Determination of pedagogical conditions of formation of entrepreneurial competence in the future teacher of technology. Results. Entrepreneurial competence of the future teacher of technology is considered by us as person's achievements that combine knowledge, qualities and skills needed for business organization and for forming entrepreneurial abilities in pupils. The first pedagogical condition is enhancing positive motivation of students to entrepreneurship and to preparing pupils for independent economic activity. For this advisable to use educational technologies, create situations for success in the classroom, organize meetings with entrepreneurs. The next pedagogical condition is achieving the integrity and continuity of the process of forming of entrepreneurial competencies through the integration of the content of educational subjects. Get comprehensive knowledge from the basics of entrepreneurship should help such courses as «Economic theory», «Economics and Industrial Engineering», «General Psychology», «Jurisprudence», «Sociology», «Ethics and Aesthetics», «Use of modern information technologies», «Life Safety and protection of labor», «Ecology». The content of professional discipline "Theory and Methodic of training the Technology" will introduce with the methods of forming business knowledge in pupils. Positive effect is achieved by binary training sessions. The third pedagogical condition is the using of innovative educational technologies. We offer to introduce lectures of the problematic content, training seminars, discussions, role-playing and business games, to create creative projects, to apply the method of situational analysis, Case method, focal objects, brainstorming etc. The fourth pedagogical condition is the elaboration and implementation of the program course "Basics of entrepreneurship" for students training direction 6.010103 Technological Education. The purpose of the special course is to systematize and expand the knowledge of the peculiarities of business in Ukraine, to form entrepreneurial skills, to educate the economic culture. The final condition is to perform tasks during teaching practice that help to form the students' entrepreneurial competence. Trainees must simulate the real situation of business activities, develop creative thinking of pupils, use the projective technology on the lessons and nurture entrepreneurial qualities during extracurricular work. Originality. The article deals with the formulation of the concept of entrepreneurial competence of the future teacher of technology, the characteristic of a set of pedagogical conditions for effective functioning the model of forming the entrepreneurial competence in the process of professional training students. Conclusion. For the successful formation of entrepreneurial competence of the future teacher of technology is necessary to create determined pedagogical conditions. The further scientific development requires the educational technology of formation of the entrepreneurial competence of future teachers of technology.
