Abstract

Introduction. In the basis of the educational process of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, which is carried out by teachers, is the preparation of socially mature, initiative, independent, capable of solving professional problems, teachers-students of advanced training courses. Education is carried out not only during the period of study. In between the course period is an educational space for professional and pedagogical self-realization of pedagogical workers. Therefore, in modern practice of intercourse training it is expedient to use acmeological technologies. Purpose. The results of research on the introduction of acmeological technologies in the in between the course period, which influence the effectiveness of vocational and pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education, are presented. Results. The implementation of one of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of vocational and pedagogical self-realization of teachers of postgraduate education is considered. We have identified the introduction of acmeological technologies in the in between the course period. It is noted that the use of actechnologies in the intercurricular period of the professional activity of the teacher is based on the knowledge of the foundations of pedagogical acmeology as a new integrative field of knowledge in the system of preparation of pedagogical workers for achieving their vertices in creativity, science, and professionalism. The analysis of the concept of pedagogical technology and the main requirements for its application is carried out. The use of acmeological technologies in the methodological, scientific and self-educational activity of the teacher is singled out. Originality. The directions of implementation of acmeological technologies in the between the course period are proposed: organization of a special acmeological environment; the establishment of own acmeologic position; self-realization of own creative potential; development of innovative scientific potential; self-education of the teacher; drawing up a plan for self-improvement; replenishment of own professional-pedagogical arsenal by interactive forms and methods of training; involvement of students of advanced training courses in research activities; development of corporate culture; drawing up a plan for self-education prospectus; development of own self-presentation, conclusion of creative web-portfolio of the teacher. Conclusion. The introduction of acmeological technologies in between the course period should become the basis for the professional-pedagogical self-realization of teachers of postgraduate pedagogical education. Prospects for further research are development and testing of the author's acmeological workshop.
