Preconditions for establishment of an efficient compliance system in banking institutions of Ukraine

Main stages of development of the compliance system, as one of the important elements of efficient functioning of the banking institutions, were determined. Preconditions for establishment of the compliance system were analyzed, as well as main stages of implementation of the compliance system in the banking institutions of Ukraine were investigated. Reasons for compliance risks in the banking institutions and approaches to implementation of the full-scale compliance-control system in the banking institutions were identified. Main requirements to implementation of the compliance systems in the banking institutions were analyzed, considering their characteristics and the state of development of the banking system in Ukraine. Differentiators of the efficient compliance system in the banking institutions of Ukraine were defined.
