In the process of the content of teacher training primary school in Great Britain and the USA found that: the system of training primary school teachers in Great Britain is characterized by:  developed a model of professional specialist, based on the principles of: science, humanism, democracy, gradual, continuity, independence from political parties;  improving the structure of the university, term and content of training elementary school teacher;  awarding academic degrees;  considerable variation in the content of education, which contributes to the training of primary school teachers to ecological education of students by region. Prerogatives of universities and colleges in the United States as a result of decentralization is shaping the content of independent higher education.
