Abstract
The current state of the organization of compensation in joint-stock companies is considered. The system of compensation which is based on participation in profits and distribution of the income more is suitable for modern economy. Essence of flexible system of compensation “participation in profits” that at the expense of in advance established part of profit the bonus fund from which workers receive regular payments is formed.
