The Effects of Different Level Crop Load and Humic Substance Applications on Yield and Yield Components of Razakı Grape Variety

Abstract

This study was carried out Razakı (Vitis vinifera L.) grape cultivar and its vine, which was grown on their own roots in a vegetation period of 2015 in Tuzlukçu district in Konya province. In this research, it was examined the effects on Control (C), 25 bud/vitis (crop load), 30 bud/vitis, 35 bud/vitis, 25 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil), 30 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil), 35 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil) applications on grape yield and quality of Razakı grape cultivar. The results were obtained as the highest cluster weight (90.53 g) with 30 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil), (88.75 g) with 25 bud/vitis, (88.04 g) with C, (83.46 g) with 35 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil) and (83.40 g) with 35 bud/vitis applications; the longest cluster (20.91 cm) with C application; the highest berry weight (3.48 g) with C application; the longest berry (19.98 mm) with C application; the highest oBriks (21.50%) with C and (21.40%) with 25 bud/vitis applications; the highest TA (1.09 g TAE/100ml) with 35 bud/vitis, (1.09 g TAE/100ml) with 25 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil), (1.09 g TAE/100ml) with 30 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil) and (1.08 g TAE/100ml) with 30 bud/vitis applications; the highest maturity index (25.41) with C application; the highest must yield (726.67 ml) with 25 bud/vitis, (700.00 ml) with 35 bud/vitis and (695.00 ml) with 30 bud/vitis applications; the highest intensity of a* color (-5.79) with 30 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil) and (-5.76) with 25 bud/vitis+TKI–Humas (soil) applications. No significant effects were found on grape yield, cluster width, berry width, berry lengt/berry width, pH, L* and b* color intensity values.
