REGULATION OF STUDENTS' MENTAL STATES DURING INTENSE INTELLECTUAL

Abstract
The article describes the methodological principles of psycho-correction programs regulating mental states of students during the intense intellectual activity. One of the major factors that determine dynamics of the adaptation process is the individual style of functional states self-regulation, which presents an integral characteristic of interaction between regulatory systems on different levels and is realized in the uniqueness of fulfillment of activities and in diversity of regulatory abilities. Interaction and balance in functioning of regulatory mechanisms on all levels: psychophysiological, psychological, personal etc., can provide certain level of cognitive, motivational, emotional, and activation components of the subject's self-regulation structure. These psycho-correction programs can be considered an effective means of regulating students' mental states.
