Abstract
In the spring of 2014 battle actions has began in eastern Ukraine. The conflict has been proceeding with different intensity by now. Ten of thousands of servicemen of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the State Border Guard, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs participated in the battle actions. The psychology of man changes in the zone of conflict. These changes are caused by the influence of external terms. The changes are aimed at saving a human life. These new models of behavior are executed automatically. After coming home combatants often use these models of behavior. It is inefficient for them and dangerous for other people. Many combatants suffer PTSD. PTSD is a condition that can develop after a person experienced or witnessed the traumatic or terrifying event during which serious physical harm occurred or threatened him. The consequences of PTSD are lack of self-control, aggression, irritation. The combatants' behavior becomes dependent and unsocial. It is resulted in a great number of divorces, suicides, increase of crime among combatants. It can be prevented if combatants undergo treatment for PTSD and rehabilitation. The program of rehabilitation must include three components - medical, social and psychological. Only such combination can effectively recover combatants' health. By means of the above mentioned program we can integrate experience of combatants with the experience of other people. This integration will facilitate the development of Ukraine.
