THE STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF THE FUTURE TECHNICAL PROFILE SPECIALISTS

The paper attempts to reveal the content and structure of the professional identity of future technical specialists. A quadruple structure of professional identity is proposed: cognitive, affective and evaluative, conative (behavioral) and instrumental components. The constituents of each component are reviewed separately. The role of the professional competencies in the context of professional identity is defined. On basis of theoretical analysis, the structure of professional competencies is examined. Examples of instrumental and system, personal-social (personal, communicative and information) and special competencies, which are a part of professional competencies, are given.
