THE FEELING FACTORS OF SOLITUDE IN THE AGE OF EARLY ADULTHOOD

Abstract
The article shows the psychological content, the essence of the concept of "subjective feeling of solitude", a comparative analysis of scientific approaches has been carried out to determining the causes and factors of solitude, to determine the psychological characteristics of this experience at the age of early adulthood. It presents the idea that solitude is a multi-dimensional phenomenon that has both subjective (feeling itself) and objective (social situation) sides, and both negative and positive potential. The significant resource role of feeling of solitude in the development of the human personality is emphasized. The article stresses the importance of personality and individual characteristics of the person in the feeling of solitude and the attitude towards it. In connection with this, it disclosures the contents of such personal traits as "optimism", "pessimism" and "selfishness" and identifies the components of the sphere of values of the personality. There are shown the results of the empirical study of the effect of dispositional personality traits and the sphere of values on the feeling of solitude and the attitude to this feeling at the age of early adulthood. It is indicated that there are significant differences regarding the feeling of solitude, depending on the student's specialization (Philology and Mechanics). The conclusion is that students that are pessimistic about their future have a high level of current feeling of solitude, and students who have positive expectations towards their own future rarely consider themselves lonely. It was found that the attitude towards solitude is connected with the features of the sphere of values. It has been determined that the trait of selfishness does not affect the feeling of solitude.
