FEATURES OF THE QUALIFICATION OF INSULTING A UIS OFFICER

The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the insult of the criminal-executive system employee, the identification of gaps in the legislative regulation of the RF Criminal Code, which provides for responsibility for this act. In the article, options for possible interpretation of the features of the composition of art. 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, committed in relation to the employee of the penal system, proposed changes in criminal law.
