PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS OF THE SOMATOFORM DISORDERS AS ONE OF KINDS OF BORDERLINE MENTAL DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH OTOSCLEROSIS

Abstract

Boundary mental disorders are widespread among the population as are polymorphic pathology soma and psyche. They are revealed not only in the form of anxiety, and vegetative-vascular, somatoform and psychosomatic disorders. Somatoform dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system occupy a significant place in medical practice otolaryngologist, especially in patients with otosclerosis, which is a hereditary disease and manifests significant hearing impairment and tinnitus. Most often, this pathology occurs in the category of patients with otosclerosis, in statements and behavior which shows great need for care and attention from the family, the role of the patient. In general, these patients with somatoform disorders occurs neurosality with high levels of anxiety, and with a tendency to depressive reactions, as well as the replacement of verbal description of his experience somatic complaints. The purpose of the study is to identify which dominated on the somatoform disorders in patients with otosclerosis. The conclusion is that the results showed that more somatoform disorders present in the preoperative group compared to the postoperative group. These violations are extremely organ neuroses that appear somatoform dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. The most common changes in the cardiovascular and respiratory system in the form of appropriate manifestations.These results indicated the need of professional psychological support, as part of a rehabilitation program aimed at reducing the psychological difficulties, ie, to help patients with otosclerosis to adapt to the acoustic environment and prevent or at least minimize the negative effects of hearing loss in the form of any somatoform disorders of the effective communication strategy as a moderns psycho techniques.
