Determination of the Internal Structure Parameters of Kozak Beyazi and Müşküle Grape Varieties Canes Depending on the Time

This research has been carried out to determine for changing internal structure parameters at nodes in different location according to time on Kozak Beyazı and Müşküle grape varieties between the years of 2011 and 2013. In this dissertation; widths of epiderm, endoderm, periderm, phloem, primary xylem, secondary xylem, pith measured and cane width/pith, xylem/pith and bark+phloem/pith were determined at 1st–4th, 5th–8th, 9th–12th and 13th–16th internodes in „COMU Table Grape Varieties Research Campus at Dardanos‟. Whereas these results have been evaluated, epiderm, endoderm, periderm, phloem, xylem and pith thickness of canes were observed a downward trend from the bottom internodes to the apex. The best lignifications obtain to apex internodes (13th–16th and 9th–12th) in Kozak Beyazı and Müşküle grape varieties according to parameters of lignifications. According to the final results, non-significance difference to time whereas the rates of measurements increased from 1st period (falling season) to 4th period (sprouting season).
