Abstract
Introduction. An interpenetration and mutual enriching of home and foreign front-rank experience in control system by medical education take place due to integration processes that become the personal touch of beginning of new millennium. This process is accompanied by world tendencies in realization of educational reforms that touch, management, active public discussion of problems of development of the system of education, change of academic principles of organization of education, education by an innovation, development of continuous education, change of the valued priorities, realization of idea of civil education and education as mortgage of forming of corresponding moral personality. Purpose: to consider and confront the present in scientific literature methodological going and positions of scientists near understanding of problem of management development of schools of front-rank experience in the system of medical formation of Ukraine of the second half of ХХ – beginning of ХХІ of century. Results. The present in scientific literature methodological going and positions of scientists is considered the authors of publication and confronted near understanding of problem of management development of schools of front-rank experience in the system of medical formation of Ukraine of the second half of ХХ – Attention is accented beginning of ХХІ of century on that logic of scientific research lined up taking into account general, scientific and concretely scientific levels of methodology of scientifically-pedagogical research. Originality. It is shown that at general level of methodology to the logician of research of the outlined problem determine: philosophical principles of development, determinism, mutual action, to rationalism; laws of dialectics (unity and fight of oppositions, in-quality changes, denial of denial); categories of philosophy (amount and quality, essence and phenomenon, maintenance and form). It is marked that the theory of apperception, theory of attraction, theory of social educational, developments in industry of empiric psychology of consciousness of F. Becon, theory of behaviorism, theory of psyhotehnyc, theory of iteration, theory of small groups, conception of Yo. Shumpeter, conception of noosphere of V. Vernadskyi, provide at scientific level to the logician of scientific research, and also activity and historical approaches. On concretely scientific levels are considered general (democratization and humanizing, system and integrity, are in a management, rational combination of centralization and decentralization, unity of undivided authority and collective nature, objectivity and plenitude of information) and specific principles of management development of schools of front-rank experience, and also works of modern scientists, the decision of the investigated problem is founded in that. Conclusion. The present in scientific literature methodological going and positions of scientists is considered and confronted near understanding of select problem create soil for a scientific search taking into account general, scientific and concretely scientific levels of methodology of scientifically-pedagogical research. Not applying on the exhaustive opening of the presented aspect of select problem, respect for expedient to point a further scientific search at the study of mechanism of management development of schools of front-rank experience in the system of home medical formation of the second half of ХХ of century.
