In this study, effect of worldview of people on the word that is used in their daily life was investigated. In order to investigate this behavior, a serious of wildly used words were chosen such as God willing-I hope, Ramadan feast-festival of sweet, and etc. Research was concentrated on to analyze whether or not the selection of this words depend on worldview or political wives (Socialist, Nationalist, conservative, or liberal) of people in Turkey. For this purpose, face-to-face surveys were conducted with 1700 people in Gaziantep and Diyarbakır provinces and the results were analyzed with the help of SPSS program. One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine differences between groups, and Tukey analysis was used to determine from which group differences originate. Analysis showed that the research hypothesis, which argues that there is a difference between the words that people use according to their worldview, is accepted.
