Use of taxonomical method as an index of intensity (to efficiency) of reproduction of human capital

Features are investigated of the use as an index of intensity (to efficiency) of reproduction of human capital of synthetic index, built on the basis of the standartized values of incoming indexes by a taxonomical method. It is certain that the purpose of the methodical providing of economic and social efficiency of reproduction of human capital is diagnostics of accordance of the real indicators of dynamics of changes in reproduction to those parameters which are marked as norms of human development.
