Abstract

In the conditions of a rapidly changing production situation, the problem of ensuring the reliability, safety and efficiency of the production system arises and becomes urgent, but not only this. There is a need for renewal of production relations. One way to achieve this is to involve workers in the working professions in the management of production on the principles of self-organization. Thus, the reaction to the changes in technical means and production technology is increasing. At the same time, self-organization is perceived as one of the basic principles to ensure safety and efficiency of labor in the conditions of increased intensity of production processes and caused by them increased intensity and unpredictability of dangerous situation occurrences. Therefore, the creation and provision of creative self-organization is an urgent task on the way to developing an effective economic mechanism to improve the safety and efficiency of roduction systems. The article presents the production management system, personnel, labor protection, industrial and environmental safety self-organization methodological foundations, including regulatory support, which is largely determined by the employee's presence and the intensity of the production process. The self-organization principle functioning mechanisms, aimed at involving the hired personnel in solving the issues of organizing production management, have been developed.
