Reproduction of human capital in the agrarian reform

In this article an author is systematize terms and factors of forming, distributing and use of human capital of agrarian production; the modern features of socio-economic environment of recreation of human capital of agrarian sphere are analysed and the ways of optimization of influence of production and socio-economic factors are offered on the recreation of human capital.
