YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SECURITY IN UKRAINE

The globalized world of the third millennium brings new demands on the national economy according to modern innovative changes. Current legislation on youth employment in Ukraine is characterized in our article. Peculiarities of youth unemployment are defined. The experience of countries with the highest level of national competitiveness argues that the determining factor of economic development, the key to the progress of modern civilized society and guarantee the success of the transition process in an active participation in the young generation.
