NON-MATERIAL INCENTIVES MOTIVATING THE BEHAVIOR OF BULGARIAN IT-SPECIALISTS

The IT sector in Bulgaria is extremely dynamic which makes recruitment of highly qualified IT specialists a very competitive area. The article considers and estimates nonmaterial and material incentives based on a case study on 148 companies in Bulgaria. The analyses and conclusions contained herein can be used to convince managers of Bulgarian IT companies that efficient incentive schemes should be sought to stimulate IT specialists towards better performance.
