Abstract
One of the most important skills of the modern graduate is the self-development orientation. The teacher carries out formation and further development of reflexive abilities of school student through application at a lesson of special tasks and texts. The performed analysis of the textbook of geography of the sixth form revealed that tasks for development of reflexive abilities are presented only partially. The results of primary testing of pupils for the presence of reflexive abilities of the sixth form showed: high level ? 4% of pupils, average ? 17%, low level ? 79%. To form and develop among pupils of the sixth form reflexive abilities as bases of their personal development the trial work was organized. The objective of this work is the identification, development and explanation of didactic instruments for formation and the further development of reflexive abilities of pupils of the 6th form at geography lessons.
