Abstract
The article explores the place of marketing communications in construction companies' management marketing activities system. It shows factors that influence to the effectiveness of marketing communications. It reveals process of transferring information from enterprise to consumer. Author proposed the algorithm of marketing communications stages at construction companies. In a result the use of these provisions will contribute to strengthen the competitiveness of businesses building. The algorithm of planning and providing marketing communications, identifying the priority of various instruments, includes the consistent implementation of concrete functions by building entities.
