Directions of Efficiency Management at Maintenance of the Enterprise Strategic Development

The work proposes an efficiency management system that allows choosing the optimal directions of performance management to ensure the strategic development of the enterprise. The subsystems controlling the efficiency of an industrial enterprise are defined. Management subsystems differ in the level of enterprise development, in the stages of the enterprise economic development and in the state of the external environment. The content of the directions of efficiency management by management stages is substantiated. The following stages of performance management are identified: the formation of an information base, the definition of criteria for the optimal level of efficiency, the development of measures to achieve the optimal level of efficiency, control over the implementation of management decisions.
