The paper attempts to use the basic issues of quality assurance and quality management to address the aspects of education and training. The lecture shows how the issues like economic decisions may be implemented and considered in other areas, for example in the field of education. In many cases, consideration of these approaches make it possible to reform the old system of staff training and meet the interests of different groups on the labor market.
