Abstract
Possibility to sell of arrested property at market value is quite conditional. Its cost should depend on the type of property being valued and the degree of liquidity. Consequently the property must fit to the certain criteria. A certain discount, which is imposed to the value of arrested assets, could be criterion in assessing their value. In this regard, the value of the arrested property depends on the assessing the value of that property.
