Abstract
Connection between change of concepts of human resource management and labor behavior of workers is considered in the article. Basic distinctive characteristics of the concepts are revealed, changes in behavior of workers under the influence of change of the concepts are presented. The interrelation between the existing concept of human resource management in a certain period of society development and labor behavior in the organization is proved. In the analysis of a case in point the comparative tables based on scientific results of researchers in the matter were submitted.
