Abstract
The condition of scientific and technological activities of Ukraine is investigated in the article. The negative tendencies which are slowing down the processes of commercialization of the results of scientific development is revealed, its influence on economic development and innovative activity of the country is defined. The ways of improvement of the situation are offered.
