Abstract

The influence of the individual labor behavior on the efficiency of work is explored. The specificity of the individual and group labor behavior is analyzed. The specific features of the labor behavior under the intellectual economy development are outlined. Conclusions are drawn about the perfect balance of the enterprises effective functioning, considering the personnel labor behavior.
