Abstract
The article discusses aspects of forming a venture market in the Republic of Kazakhstan. On a share of technologies, production and equipment containing know-how, today it is necessary to gain between 70% to 85% of the gross national product. This factor is pledge of high competitiveness. Increase of rates of development of innovative sphere of Kazakhstan will allow occurring on the first 50 ranges of the most competitive countries of the world.
