Abstract
In this article the concepts "educational technology" and "computer based educational technology" are defined. The problems which arise in the system of didactics and the context of the Information and Communication Technologies, computers and Internet are in consideration. It is suggested the use of the concept cognitive structure as a system notion for the training process by its description, planning and evaluation of the results achieved. Methods for defining learning objectives based on Mager's technique and Bloom's taxonomy.
