METHODS OF REGIONS’ INVESTMENT POTENTIAL INTEGRAL ASSESSMENT AS AN INNOVATIVE WAY TO MITIGATE DISPROPORTIONS IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT

Main purpose of this article is to illustrate approach of creating a scorecard characterizing level of region‟s investment potential as well as allowing identifying main pain areas which need to be supervised and addressed by regional and state authorities to balance region‟s development in order to mitigate existing disproportions. This innovative approach will provide opportunities for rational resources allocation inside regional investment programs and increase quality and level of justification of management decision taken in this area.
