Abstract
In the process of the research of the immune status in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis with uncomplicated and complicated course of postoperative period interference of T- and V-links of immunity is revealed, and in the group of patients with complicated course of postoperative period these changes are more expressed. During all periods of the research the levels of IL-1, IL-8, FNO-a are high in the group of patients with complicated postoperative period, than in the group of patients with favorable course.
